1. Processing & Shipping

Everything in our store is made to order, therefore we have 10 working day processing time to make your orders prior to shipping.

UK Delivery

We offer free UK delivery on orders over £75, sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Royal Mail Tracked 24: Please allow 1-2 working days to receive your order once you have received your dispatch email, to account for any delays with Royal Mail that are outside of our control.

Royal Mail Tracked 48: Please allow 2-3 working days to receive your order once you have received your dispatch email, to account for any delays with Royal Mail that are outside of our control.

International Delivery

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. Please allow 5-7 working days for these items to be delivered once you have received your dispatch email. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Page & Needle is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

2. Shipping Regions

We ship internationally, with the exception of countries within the EU and Northern Ireland due to GSPR Regulations.

3. Washing & Care Guidance

We know that you want your clothes to last and to look good for as long as possible. Following these guidelines will help you to get the most out of your clothing.

  • Wash inside out - this helps to protect the customisation from getting damaged
  • Wash at 30°C
  • Do not use bleach or harsh detergents/fabric conditioners
  • Do not overload the washing machine
  • Wash with similar colours and similar textured garments, at least for the first few washes as colours can run.
  • Dry immediately after washing - do not leave garments wet
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Do not dry clean
  • Iron inside out using the lowest heat setting, this is especially important for printed products
  • It's best to wash a new garment before its first use

We unfortunately cannot replace or refund any orders in cases of failure to follow guidance.

4. My Order Hasn't Arrived

UK Orders

If the item hasn't been delivered by the due date plus 7 working days, please get in touch with us via email at hello@pageandneedle.co.uk and we can investigate this with Royal Mail.

International Orders

If the item hasn't been delivered by the due date plus 25 working days, please get in touch with us via email at hello@pageandneedle.co.uk and we can investigate this with Royal Mail.

We are unable to contact Royal Mail regarding orders assumed lost until the above timeframes have passed.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

If there's an issue with your product or embroidery, like a fault or damage, we’re happy to accept a return or exchange. Just let us know within 48 hours of delivery and send us some clear pictures to hello@pageandneedle.co.uk. Once we receive the item, and confirm it's condition, the refund/exchange will be processed.

Since our items are made to order and you get to customize everything from the sweatshirt colour to the thread colour, each product is specially made just for you. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns.

We unfortunately cannot accept returns due to the wrong size being purchased. If you have any questions on sizing please message us or refer to our size chart.
